What: The Greatest Treasure Hunt - join us on a great adventure to learn more about the "stories Jesus told." We will invite our campers to seek to understand the parables Jesus taught, and how those point us to the greatest treasure of all - his love and grace for us!
When: July 8-12th, 2024. The camp will run from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. Camper drop-off will be between 8:15-8:30 am, and camper pick-up will be between 12:00-12:15 pm. A midday snack will be provided, but please note we will be breaking before lunch.
Who: Children aged 4 years old - rising 6th graders (will start 6th grade in fall of 2024). Children do not need to be attendees of Lakeview OPC to attend camp.

Those interested in volunteering can complete and submit the Volunteer Application form by Wednesday, June 26th. This form can be found and returned in the lobby (paper form), or request it to be sent by email. Please email a request for PDF applications to lopcme@outlook.com . Please return completed forms by Wednesday, June 26th. Teens as young as rising 9th graders can volunteer for certain roles, with other roles reserved for those 18 or older (any age restrictions, as well as role descriptions, are indicated on the volunteer application). If you are not a regular attendee of Lakeview OPC, we may reach out to you via phone to get to know you. We will have a MANDATORY training/orientation day for all volunteers at Lakeview OPC on Saturday, June 29th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, with lunch provided. If you cannot attend this training, let us know (via lopcme@outlook.com) so we can provide the training and information to you another way.
Camper Registration is open as of May 1st, 2024 and we ask that registrations are submitted by Wednesday, June 26th. The Camper Registration Forms can be found and returned in the lobby (paper form), or request it to be sent by email. Please email a request for PDF applications, and return completed PDF registration forms, to lopcme@outlook.com. If you are registering multiple children, please note that you must complete Section 1 (Camper Information) of the form for each child you are registering, but need to complete Section 2 (Parent/Emergency Contact Information) only once per family. Please submit all sibling registration forms together. A detailed email with all necessary information/FAQs will be sent to families ahead of camp.
